From entrepreneurs to artists, from champions of diversity to leaders in innovative research – this year’s Dean’s Medal of Distinction recipients showcase the future of our Faculty.
Dean’s Medal recipients have made deeply valued contributions to advancing our vision, mission and mandate through their exemplary work in the disciplines of engineering, nursing, planning, architecture and landscape architecture. Now, these trailblazers are returning to UBC to receive this special award that celebrates their impact upon the wider community and the world.
We look forward to honouring these accomplished leaders at the 2024 Applied Science Celebration on Wednesday, November 20.
