Labs, research facilities and state-of-the-art equipment represent a significant investment. Spend your research dollars wisely by partnering with us and gaining access to our world-class infrastructure and expertise. We have research facilities across our two campuses, with UBC researchers working on everything from new advances in bioengineering to making buildings more disaster resistant.

We're currently designing Applied One, an interdisciplinary building for learning, teaching and research on our Vancouver campus that will create the conditions for the real-world testing of health, tech, and equity solutions. This building will join other living labs on campus, including our smart energy district fuelled by solar and hydrogen energy and our biomass research and demonstration facility.
