As part of our alumni activity, we would like to take a moment to celebrate the remarkable contributions of Suzanne Miller, a proud UBC nursing graduate and an exceptional leader. In just two and a half years, Suzanne has made a lasting impact on our Birth Centre, guiding us through multiple projects with her expertise, dedication, and unwavering support.
Suzanne has been instrumental in improving safe staffing ratios, ensuring better care for laboring patients and their families, and leading the transition from paper charting to Cerner. She also navigated the challenges of an OR renovation with skill and determination, always maintaining the highest standards of care. Her extensive nursing knowledge, leadership, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable colleague.
We are truly grateful for all Suzanne has done. Along with Stephanie and myself, Suzanne is a proud UBC nursing graduate, and together we serve our community in the Birth Centre at Richmond Hospital.
