Marta Farevaag
Marta Farevaag is a founding Principal of PFS Studio, a Vancouver-based planning, urban design, and landscape architecture firm. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Planners and an Honourary Member of the BC Society of Landscape Architects. Marta participates in many of the firm's multidisciplinary projects as the urban planner on the team, often with a role in community consultation and communications. Her areas of expertise include major park and university campus master plans, downtown and waterfront redevelopment, cultural and heritage landscapes, and public realm strategies.
Marta is active in civic and non-profit organizations including as a board member of the Vancouver Urbanarium Society and as a past Chair of the Vancouver Heritage Foundation and the Vancouver City Planning Commission. At UBC, she has served on the SALA Advisory Council and been a Sessional Lecturer, guest critic, and student mentor.
