Carol Park

Carol Park is the Executive Director of Lower Mainland Biomedical Engineering, one of the largest biomedical engineering departments in Canada, providing services for 27 hospitals across the Lower Mainland. Carol has over 26 years of experience in biomedical engineering and nine years working in transformational change initiatives for primary and community care in BC. She volunteers with Engineers and Geoscientists BC, recently completing a term as the Board Chair. She is also a board member for the Medical Device Development Centre. Her training includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Chemistry from Queen’s University, a Masters in Clinical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads.
