2019 Future of Mining Challenge

Today, three teams of UBC students from multiple disciplines will face off in the final round of the 2019 Future of Mining Challenge.

Sponsored by the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering and the Bradshaw Research Initiative for Minerals and Mining (BRIMM) in collaboration with Ernst & Young LLP, the challenge aims to bring together industry and academia to offer compelling visions of the mining industry in the year 2040.
