The application has a number of components and it is recommended that students leave themselves plenty of time to complete the application and obtain references. The final award requirement is a letter of support from the Dean or his designate. In order to allow enough time to write these letters, students must submit ONLY the written portions of their application in a single pdf titled “CEMF-campusofstudy-lastname-firstname” to ea.assist@apsc.ubc.ca by December 7 at 5:00 pm (Pacific time). Note: we will be strictly adhering to the deadline to be fair to students that submit on time.
