The canapés, wine, and conversation amongst the 15 (or so) returning grads plus many partners and spouses from as far away as Ontario. In addition, Ron Kellett was spirited in his presentation and seemed to be enjoyed by all. Ron outlined some of the recent happenings at SALA, and said he was pleased to hear more of the history of the School of Architecture than he was aware of as each of the grads presented a brief autobiography.
The Salmon House Restaurant above the Upper Levels Highway in West Vancouver provided us with excellent service, food, wine and a magnificent view of the whole of the Lower Mainland, with only enough cloud to obscure Mt Baker and the Olympic Peninsula.
