The MMAT Class of 2003, with peer MMAT alumni from 2002 and 2004, gathered on a beautiful August day at Trout Lake Community Centre. We were also joined by MTRL Department Head Daan Maijer who gave us an update on the faculty. The group discussed how their degrees and experiences from MMAT factored into their career paths, and some attendees volunteered to engage with current students to discuss life and career after graduation. It was a great opportunity to reunite with friends we hadn't seen in many years, and had attendees who flew in from the eastern US, Alberta, and Vancouver Island specifically for the event. Many attendees brought their family who were either able to reconnect with old friends or introduce themselves for the first time. The time passed by very quickly and we committed to staying in touch, both with one another as well as with the faculty. Thanks to everyone who attended and thanks to APSC for their support!
