Three UBC Engineering profs awarded Killam Teaching Prize

Three UBC Engineering professors have received the Killam Teaching Prize. Nominated by students, colleagues and alumni, the award aims to recognize excellence in teaching.

This year's recipients were singled out for their exceptional leadership, mentorship and engagement and for the positive impact they have made on their students' lives, among other qualities and achievements.

The Killam Scholarship and Prize Programmes were established in 1965 through the generous benefaction of Izaak Walton Killam and Dorothy J. Killam, with the aim to support advanced education and research at five Canadian universities and the Canada Council for the Arts.
