Healthy Masculinities in STEM
This event is hosted by EDI.I Office in the Faculties of Applied Science, Forestry and Land and Food Systems at UBC.
Join us for a thoughtful discussion on cultivating healthy masculinities within STEM fields. This panel provides a supportive space for male-identified individuals to reflect on and explore how masculinity is shaped, expressed, and challenged in academic and professional environments.
Panelists will engage with topics such as gender roles, societal expectations, stereotypes, and the importance of positive role models, fostering dialogue that promotes equity, inclusion, and well-being for all. This event is offered as a part of the Cascades of Change program and is open to all members of the UBC community.
