The process and timeline:
February 12, 2025 - Applications Open
Submit an application of your activity proposal, which must include a detailed description of the proposed activity, anticipated alumni group size, and location. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a running basis.
February 23, 2025 – Deadline to submit the application of your activity proposal
Week of February 24, 2025 – Application approval emails will be sent out
February 24 to March 23, 2025 - Execute your activity
Plan your event or activity, contact your fellow Applied Science alumni, and get together to execute your activity.
March 23, 2025 – Deadline to complete your activity AND submit your reimbursement form
All activities or events must be completed and your reimbursement form must be submitted by this deadline.
