Since graduating in 2020, Covid made it hard to celebrate with friends and classmates. This opportunity for alumni to get together was amazing! A UBC-O 2020 Engineering alumni I know were able to get together to have an overdue graduation celebration. We went grabbed some dinner at The Wednesday Room in downtown Calgary. After surviving off of the breakfast poutine in the Sunshine Café and Subway, it was very rewarding to enjoy a trendy speakeasy restaurant. We plan to get more alumni in Calgary to reunite in the future!
