Last night's UBC class reunion at Steamworks was a hilarious testament to the questionable quality of our education, especially in music trivia. Turns out, we were more proficient in pulling all-nighters than memorizing song lyrics or band names. As the night wore on, the trivia turned more into a comedy show, with our collective lack of knowledge providing endless entertainment.
But despite our academic shortcomings, the atmosphere was electric with the warmth of old friendships and the joy of being together again. We relished in the shared memories and inside jokes that only classmates could understand. And when it came time for a toast, it wasn't about raising our glasses to our academic achievements, but rather to the enduring bonds that had formed during our time at UBC.
Here's to celebrating the moments that truly matter – the laughter, the camaraderie, and the shared experiences that make life unforgettable. Cheers to us, and to many more reunions filled with love, laughter, and maybe just a hint more musical knowledge next time!
