
Ross Gilmour
Ross Gilmour graduated from UBC in 1983 and holds a B.A.Sc in Civil Engineering. He spent the past 32 years working in the construction industry throughout North America specializing in the execution of complex design build infrastructure projects. He has been with Kiewit for the past 11 years and most recently he was responsible for design and construction of the new Port Mann Bridge Project in Vancouver, BC. Previous experience in Vancouver includes similar roles on the Pitt River Bridge Project; the Millennium Line and Expo Line SkyTrain Projects; and the Cambie Street Bridge Replacement. Elsewhere, Ross’ experience includes the Confederation Bridge Project to PEI; the H-3 Windward Viaduct Project in Oahu, HI; the Seattle Bus Tunnel Project in Seattle, WA; and the 1988 Olympic Speed Skating Oval and the NW LRT Projects in Calgary, AB. Ross is a Professional Engineer registered in BC, AB, PEl, WA and HI.While at UBC he was a Varsity rower who received his Big Block in1982-83.
