Bill Weymark

Mr. Weymark is President of Weymark Engineering Ltd., a company providing consulting services to businesses in the private equity, construction and resource sector. He is also a Director of several private companies. Mr. Weymark is a Member of the Industry Advisory Committee for the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at UBC. Until June 2007, Mr. Weymark was President and CEO of Vancouver Wharves/BCR Marine. Prior to joining Vancouver Wharves in 1991, Mr. Weymark spent 14 years in the mining industry throughout western Canada. Mr. Weymark is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from UBC and is a graduate of the ICD, Directors Education Program. As a volunteer Mr. Weymark has held leadership roles in many community organizations including United Way, UBC/VGH Hospital Foundation, Junior Achievement, Vancouver Board of Trade and BC Lions. Mr. Weymark also gives considerable time to the mentoring of young people.
