  • Recruit core faculty for the Master of Engineering Leadership (MEL) and Master of Health Leadership and Policy (MHLP) programs: $1 million per position over five years.
  • Establish Professorship and Chair positions to attract and retain outstanding faculty: $1 million – $10 million.
  • Create Graduate Fellowships to attract tomorrow’s researchers: $40,000 per student per year.
  • Invest in full-ride undergraduate scholarships for high achievers: $100,000 per student over four years.
  • Dean’s Student Recruitment Fund to recruit talented and diverse achievers. Fund goal: $1 million.
  • Define a new normal where 50 per cent of engineering students are female through investment in Women in Engineering outreach programs. Fund goal: $5 million.
