Applied Science Dean’s Medal of Distinction Nomination Form

The Faculty of Applied Science Dean’s Medal of Distinction serves to recognize individuals who have brought high honour to the faculty through their contributions to the advancement of its vision, mission and mandate.

The medal was created to mark the celebration of the University of British Columbia and Applied Science’s 100th anniversary in 2015.
