Rekindle connections and create unforgettable moments with fellow alumni this season! Host your own alumni get-together and we'll give you up to $100 per activity so you can make it memorable.
Need ideas? Some example activities include (but are not limited to):
• Cozy up with a hot chocolate social or s'mores night
• Hit the rink for an ice skating outing
• Challenge your friends to a board game or trivia showdown
• Get creative with a DIY crafting workshop
• Attend a sporting event
The process and timeline:
February 11, 2026 - Applications Open
Submit an application of your activity proposal, which must include a detailed description of the proposed activity, anticipated alumni group size, and location. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a running basis.
February 17, 2026 – Deadline to submit the application of your activity proposal
February 20, 2026 – Application approval emails will be sent out
February 20, 2026 to March 31, 2026 - Execute your activity
Plan your event or activity, contact your fellow Applied Science alumni, and get together to execute your activity.
March 31, 2026 – Deadline to complete your activity
All activities or events must be completed by this deadline.
April 17, 2026 – Deadline to submit your reimbursement form
All activities or events must be completed by this deadline.
April to May 2026 – Receive your reimbursement
The reimbursement process could take up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on capacity.
